I was trained in Sivananda yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute in SF, but I practice with a number of videos and instructional books at home, mostly Rodney Yee Has anyone tried the weightless or flying yoga with slings or hammocks? I am pretty big so I would worry about the apparatus holding my weight, otherwise I'd be on it in flash
